How can I truly express the full measure of my appreciation to all of you for taking part in the celebration of my 60th birthday?   I thank each of you wholeheartedly for making me so inexpressibly happy by your presence and gifts for such a memorable occasion.  I am truly blessed and am deeply and sincerely grateful.
